Ozymandias Wines and Stella 34 are teaming-up to launch the 2016 release of Ozymandias Wines. Winemaker Juan Sepúlveda, and chef Jarett Appell will combine their talents for an unforgettable evening of tasty hors d'oeuvres. Juan will be in attendance to discuss this '16 release (2013 vintage) and to share his wine making knowledge with guests.
Chef Jarett Appell will be preparing the below items for your enjoyment during the reception:
- Arancini, Fried Saffron Risotto Balls with Mozzarella
- Crispy Chickpea Cake, Olive Tapenade
- Sheep's Milk Ricotta Stuffed Mushrooms
- Beef Carpacio
- Polpettine, Veal Meatballs, Sheep's Milk Ricotta
- Crudo di Tonno, Tuna Tartar, Castelvetrano Olives, Calabrian Chili, Yuzu
Desserts will also be served:
- Chocolate Ganache Tartlet
- Ricotta Cheesecake
Every attending guest will receive a complimentary bottle of this year's limited release of Ozymandias Wines.
Benefiting artist Sophy Holland will also be onsite to interact with guests and to discuss her upcoming documentary plus other art projects on which she's currently working.
Ozymandias Wines founder, Rafe D'Amico, will be hosting the event.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 21 or older to attend the event. Proper ID is required.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Subway is your best bet. The N/Q/R, B/D/F/M, and 1/2/3 are all less than one block away. The best entrance to Stella 34 is at Broadway and 35th through the Macy's entrance. Upon entering take an immediate right and take the elevator to the restaurant located on the 6th floor of Macy's.
